ORDERS
When placing your order, please double check all the details as we cannot accept liability for errors once your order has been processed.
Minimum Order for Embroidery Items
6 garments
Styles and sizes of garments can be mixed but must bear the same style of embroidery
VAT Legislation
VAT legislation states that “children’s garments, irrespective of size, that bear a prominent logo or badge identifying them as part of the official uniform of schools catering exclusively for children under 14 years of age, may be supplied at zero rate” Garments destined for adults (parents or staff) will be subject to VAT at the standard rate. Non decorated garments continued to be subject to VAT in the adult sizes irrespective of them being supplied to pupils or adults.
Samples
We are happy to supply plain garments for your inspection in the styles, colour and sizes of your choice. These will be sent with an invoice. If you return your samples within 30 days your invoice will be credited. Alternatively you may keep your samples and send payment accordingly.

Price and Payment
All orders placed on our web site must be paid for before it is processed. Unless otherwise agreed.
Prices and delivery charges are as published on the Website when We accept Your order. Delivery charges are shown separately.
We may amend prices at any time. Where there is a difference between a price at the time the order is made and when it is accepted, we will inform you by email or telephone and ask you if you wish to proceed. If you decline and for any reason payment has already been taken, it will be re-credited to Your credit or debit account.
Offers and promotions on the Website are subject to availability and We may change or withdraw them at any time and without notice.
We accept payment via PayPal and most major credit and debit cards. You must only use a card if you are the named cardholder. By placing an order, You confirm that You are the authorised cardholder. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation and security checks as well as authorisation by the card issuer and any additional terms imposed by the issuer. If the issuer does not authorise payment, We will not accept Your order and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery
Returns or shortages
You have the legal right to cancel Your order for any reasons at any time within 14 working days of the day after You receive the goods. This is the legal “cooling off period”
To cancel, You must tell Us in writing (including e-mail but not by telephone) that you want to do so. You must also keep the goods in a resalable condition in their original packaging and send them back to Us as soon as possible but must do so within 14 days of the day after You receive the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Us unless You are returning goods which are faulty or incorrectly sent.
Once a Garment is embroidered, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
All shortages, failed deliveries or damages must be notified by telephone within 24 hours of receiving goods and followed by letter of confirmation within 7 days.
If goods have been sent incorrectly or are faulty please ring Our Head Office within 7 days to arrange a collection.
Any garments returned deemed to be faulty in manufacture will be replaced.
However, if unavailable from stock a credit note will be issued. Faulty goods must be returned with the fault clearly indicated. Within 14 days of supply.
Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement. You should ring our office with a list of goods to be returned (please have this information ready) You will be issued with a returns number - please ensure this is clearly marked on the outer packaging - parcels will be refused and returned to sender if this number is not clearly evident.
Please note that with the exceptions of faulty goods and mis-ships, Purposely Made will use its discretion whether or not to accept goods for return. In any event no goods will be accepted for return later than one month of supply - A minimum 15% handling and administration charge will be made with carriage costs if applicable.
All garments must be returned in their original, undamaged, garment packaging, failure to do so will result in the goods being refused.
